| 新党员入党程序 |
| 1． 有意入党者可以通过支会、区会、州联委会或直接向总部提呈入党申请书。 |
| 2． 支会必须在2个月内将意见及申请书提呈给总部。 |
| 3． 组织局接到完整的资料及意见后，将在1个月内提呈会长理事会定夺 |
| 4． 若申请人在提呈申请书的3个月内没有接到任何讯息，可以直接向总部查询。总部组织局将致函有关支会并限期1个月内必须就相关申请提供意见。否则当支会同意论。 |
| 5． 所有新申请入党者必须采用新的入党申请书，并填妥所有的栏目。 见证人必须对其见证入党的申请者负全责，若有关申请书有疑问，总部将向见证人查询。 |
| New Procedure On Membership Applications |
| 1. With effect from 1 June 2004, new forms for MCA membership applications will be used. |

2. Additional items in the new form are as follows: i. Applicant's e-mail address (If available) ii. Hand-phone number iii. Education level iv. Applicant with tertiary education should provide the name of the university/college and indicate the level attained (i.e. diploma/degree/master/PhD). v. Witness to the application � Any MCA valid member can serve as witness. vi. An acknowledgement slip at the lower portion of the form. |

3. The applicant needs to fill up only One form and attach the following: i. A photocopy of the Identity Card (front & back). ii. One passport size colour photograph of the applicant. The background of the photograph should be plain. iii. RM2.00 as annual membership fees for ordinary members (Members may also pay the membership fees in advance or RM100.00 for Life Members.) |
| 4. The duly completed form must be submitted to an office bearer of an MCA branch, which the applicant intends to join. The return "Acknowledgement Slip" with the branch chairman's signature and the secretary's/treasurer's signature is to be retained by the applicant for future reference. |
